Before joining Carter Towler, Clem honed his skills at JLL, one of the world’s largest international property consultancies where he gained invaluable experience, not only in office agency but also across various departments including capital markets, corporate recovery, valuation and development advisory. Alison Jackson

Alison is a highly experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with over 15 years industry expertise. As the head of Carter Towler’s Building Services department, she brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to her role, having previously held a senior position at a prestigious international commercial property firm. Additionally, Alison has an academic background as a Senior Lecturer and Course Director at Leeds Beckett University, where she led both undergraduate and postgraduate programs in Building Surveying and Facilities Management.
