Our commercial Valuation department handle a variety of instructions predominantly in the Yorkshire region but also nationwide.

Valuations of what are often a business' major asset are undertaken for a number of different reasons including bank/loan security, balance sheet, insurance, litigation, taxation, corporate finance, company mergers and MBO's/takeovers.

Valuation instructions are handled for a diverse client base from individuals to the major clearing banks where we are panel valuers to finance houses.

The department has specialist knowledge in many sectors covering industrial/commercial, retail, leisure and healthcare.
